Privacy policy
The short version: we only use your details to reply to you. Last updated 5 October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number and company if you add them, your messages, and your assessment answers. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare your assessment and estimate, and talk about your project. We may send up to two short follow-up emails about your proposal. We never add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it's kept
Assessments and proposals are stored in a Google Cloud database in Johannesburg, so they stay in South Africa. Emails reach our inbox through a sending service, and the website is hosted by Vercel, so messages may pass through servers outside South Africa on the way. To prepare estimates, your answers are processed by Google's Gemini AI service.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're discussing or working on a project, and a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask and we'll delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email info@omnexis.co and we'll sort it out.
